Global hiring runs on Teamtailor, the category leader trusted by thousands of companies and recruiters Teamtailor is the hiring platform that powers company growth. Our end-to-end hiring platform powers 250,000 monthly active users across 13,000 customers in 90 countries worldwide. Our users hire more than 1 million people per year via our platform, representing ~1% of all hires in Europe and North America. Our mission is to continue building the global category leader for hiring people. Teamtailor is growing rapidly, currently at 600 people across 25 offices in 6 continents and scaling with hundreds of new customers per month. At the same time, we are undergoing a fundamental transformation in how we build the product and build the company - operating, organising and executing in new ways with use of AI. We work with AI in three layers: Building AI into the product, building the product with AI, and building the company with AI. Our goal with AI is to empower every single employee to accelerate what we do best - delivering exceptional experiences to our users, customers, and candidates. We offer a unique opportunity to be part of a transformational journey - building the next generation of how a fast-moving scale-up operates. What you’ll do Teamtailor operates with three functions: Product, GTM and Operations. As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you will be embedded within the GTM and Operations organisation to work alongside project teams and senior leaders to design, build and implement autonomous, multi-agent workflows. We will be intentional with how and where we apply AI. The idea is not to deploy AI everywhere, but to create leverage where it matters and enable our employees to do their best work. You will be part of the Corporate Development team that runs projects across the GTM and Operations organisation. You will also be part of a broader group that leads how we build Teamtailor with AI and help craft our AI-native playbook. Responsibilities Sit with teams in GTM and Operations to learn workflows deeply Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations Help evaluate and build new tools, agents, automations and skills tailored to each workflow Coach and partner with each function through a progressive journey: from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation and self-sufficiency Process map and identify patterns across our organisation and systematically scale what works Document tools, playbook and transformation projects so more teams can access and use each other’s work Share wins within the organisation to build momentum, inspire and celebrate success Who you are You might be doing this today: building products as a full-stack developer, shipping internal tools as an AI engineer, running cross-functional projects in ops or strategy, automating workflows in RevOps, or advising companies on how to get value from AI. The common thread: you build things that change how people work. You are a deep AI practitioner. You build agents, automations and tools fluently. You have built things that changed how real work gets done. You can build in real time alongside the people you support. Deep knowledge in how a fast-moving scale-up operates and grows Bias toward action and speed. You'd rather show someone a working proof-of-concept on their own deliverable today than present a polished deck about what's theoretically possible next quarter You are a pattern recogniser. When you build something that works for one person, you immediately see how it applies to others. You think in systems, not one-off solutions Comfortable with ambiguity. This is a new team building a new operating model Minimum requirements 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations or workflows that transformed real processes Track record of coaching, teaching or enabling others (formally or informally) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Comfort working across multiple domains, work streams and relationships simultaneously Preferred qualifications Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, workflow automation platforms, API integrations) Experience building and scaling internal tools, playbooks or templates that were adopted beyond your immediate team Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs

Join Teamtailor and Help Shape the Future of Work!! Teamtailor is a global Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by over 13,000 companies, 250,000 users, and available in 90 countries worldwide. 🌍 Working at Teamtailor means being part of a dynamic, fast-paced tech company that values impact and responsibility. Our workplace fosters an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company. 🎉🥳 We are now looking for a Director - Data & Analytics to join our team, based in Stockholm This role will own Teamtailor's data strategy and infrastructure: the pipelines, architecture, and governance that everything else runs on. This role builds and maintains a scalable, reliable, well-documented data foundation, and defines the semantic layer and metric definitions that keep numbers consistent across the business. Business intelligence and reporting are owned by the teams closest to the decisions, primarily Revenue Operations and FP&A, who build on top of the foundation this role provides. Key responsibilities: Data Strategy & Leadership Define and own Teamtailor's data strategy, architecture roadmap, and infrastructure investment priorities. Build and lead the Data Engineering team, including defining ways of working for the data team, balancing priorities, and driving a proactive approach. Establish a data governance model covering reliability, data quality, access control, and privacy/compliance (GDPR and equivalent). Act as thought partner to the Leadership team on data infrastructure and its commercial implications. Commercial Insight & KPI Framework Develop a unified KPI and metric framework across revenue, product, customer success, marketing, and operations. Partner with business leaders to understand strategic and operational requirements, translating them into data models and analytical capabilities. Ensure that business-critical insights are accurate, timely, and accessible to decision-makers. Data Architecture & Engineering Own and evolve the data architecture: ingestion, transformation, and a layered data model (staging, integration, semantic layers, marts). Ensure pipelines are reliable, observable, well-documented, and scale with the business. Own the semantic/metrics layer: define and maintain a single source of truth for core metric definitions so that RevOps, FP&A, and other teams report consistent numbers even when building their own dashboards. Manage BI platform infrastructure (e.g., Looker, Metabase) at the tooling and access level, without owning dashboard content. Enablement of Business Teams Partner with RevOps and FP&A as the primary owners of BI, reporting, and dashboards, ensuring they have clean, well-modeled, self-serve-ready data. Set and enforce standards for how business teams build on the data foundation (naming, definitions, governance) to prevent metric drift. Provide training and support to embed a self-serve data culture across business teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support RevOps on the data infrastructure behind GTM and revenue analytics. Support FP&A on data infrastructure for forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting. Work with Product and Engineering on data infrastructure for product analytics and instrumentation. Support Marketing and CS with modeled, reliable underlying data as needed. Requirements: Commercial & Strategic Acumen Proven ability to understand business needs, ask the right questions, and translate them into actionable data solutions. Experience building KPI frameworks and metric definitions across complex SaaS environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders. Technical Expertise Strong track record building and scaling modern data architecture (ingestion, transformation, orchestration). Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms; comfortable reviewing pipeline and modeling work directly, not just managing it. Experience with layered data modeling, semantic/metrics layers, and transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt). Strong grasp of data governance, documentation, observability, and data quality practices. Working familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Metabase) sufficient to support other teams, not to build reporting. Leadership & Team Management Experience leading Data Engineering teams (3+ people). Ability to set direction, coach technical teams, and scale a data function. Nice to have Experience in a global SaaS company in a strong growth phase. Deep technical skills in addition to a strong commercial understanding. Experience building a data warehouse bottom up Familiarity with operational analytics, revenue analytics, or product analytics. Experience embedding self-serve data culture in scaling organizations. If this sounds like you, please APPLY!

We work hybrid-remote and do two days per week in office, in our lovely space in Hackney. About The Role We're launching a brand-new team to build a new payments product, and we're hiring two Payment Product Engineers to form the engineering heart of it. It's a real mix of work: a greenfield opportunity in the new payments product, alongside maintaining and extending the payment integrations we already run. You'll help evolve and ship the system that lets event organisers get paid through Ticket Tailor, taking real ownership of how it comes together. You'll be motivated by the impact you deliver to customers; product-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver. You'll care as much about why a feature matters to an event organiser as how it's built. You'll work in a small team with two engineers alongside a Product Manager, with support from our Architects and our Head of Product Design, pairing, reviewing, unblocking, and shaping the product together. You'll own the work you deliver, from understanding the problem, to designing small blocks of long-term value, to the quality of what ships. As part of a small team you'll have a real say in the technology decisions and share in the successes with the whole company. What you'll do Build our new payments product whilst extending the payment integrations we already run - secure, well-managed, high-volume work you're proud of. Stay driven by the impact delivered to event organisers, caring deeply about their experience and judge whether what you've built is actually working by identifying meaningful customer signals and iterating off them. Maintain a high bar for quality and make sure what you build matches our architectural vision and product principles, designing clean services with strong separation of concerns. Work closely and generously within the team: pairing, unblocking, reviewing, and giving and receiving feedback. Use AI tools creatively and fluently to amplify your impact, reaching for new tools and ways of working rather than defaulting to how things have always been done. Bring judgement on payment-system design that others can lean on. What we're looking for Essential A deep understanding of payment systems, evidenced by your work, for example building high-scale, secure payment integrations. Awareness of PCI DSS and what building to that standard demands. Experience working in a product team alongside Product Managers. A genuine drive to work in an AI-native way - you're curious and you're happy to change how you work as the tools evolve to raise the quality and pace of your work. This is core to how our team operates. Fluency amplifying your own impact through AI and agentic engineering tools, acting as a force multiplier to those around you. Desirable Experience integrating payment systems into a high-scale SaaS product with Stripe or similar third-party tools. Experience judging impact through customer feedback signals, knowing what to measure, what "working" looks like, and how to adjust. Strong system design skills - you know how to design clean, maintainable, extendable services from first principles. We're open on language. PHP experience is useful (it's our primary stack), but we're happy to consider strong engineers from any modern language who are ready to pick it up. How you work Keep it simple. You don't overcomplicate, you reason from first principles, and you know when to be pragmatic and when to polish. You’re ambitious to take long-term ownership of the payments product, building a sustainable, extendable, maintainable codebase. Focused on impact. You have a deep care and empty for event organisers and you're excited to watch adoption and revenue grow, using signals to iterate and improve. You’re security minded and you build with care and awareness so things can’t be exploited. Driven by feedback. You have a growth mindset and see feedback as a tool for getting better. At Ticket Tailor, we’re passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive environment where people can thrive, be inspired, and feel comfortable to be themselves. As a Certified B Corp™, we lead from the front, and with purpose, to disrupt the ticketing industry while ensuring we accommodate and celebrate people of all backgrounds along the way. We believe that diverse teams enable us to have different perspectives and points of view, making us even stronger in achieving our goals. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and join us on our mission. Join us to shape the future! Teamtailor is a global Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by over 13,000 companies, 250,000 users, and available in 90 countries worldwide. 🌍 Working at Teamtailor means joining a dynamic, fast-paced tech company where impact isn't just a buzzword — it's how we operate. Everyone here has real ownership over the outcomes they drive, and real say in how we grow. 🎉🥳 We've built a team full of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, because that's what makes us better — not despite our differences, but because of them. If you want in on helping companies and people make life-changing decisions together, we want to hear from you. 👫 Why SaaS AEs love it here: You know the drill — you've sold SaaS before, you're good at it, and you're tired of environments that feel like a grind. Here's what's different at Teamtailor Chicago: A full sales cycle you actually own - You prospect, run the demo, negotiate, and close. Full autonomy, full commission credit. Real hybrid, not fake flexible - In office Tuesday–Thursday at our Chicago flagship HQ, work from home Monday and Friday. You get face time with a genuinely fun team and two days a week to lock in and sell without commute drag. Uncapped earnings, no ceiling games - Competitive base + uncapped commission. A market leader, not a "maybe it'll work out" startup - 13,000+ customers, 200,000+ users, 90 countries. You're selling something companies already trust, which means shorter sales cycles and warmer conversations. A team that celebrates wins loudly - Our guiding stars are to be different, personal, and kind — and that shows up in how we hit quota together, not against each other. Deal closed? Bell rings, team cheers, coffee's on us. ☕️ What you'll be doing: Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close — sourcing leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, and social selling, then running meetings, negotiating, and signing new business. Consistently hitting (and beating) monthly sales targets. Teaming up with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to keep deals moving and customers thrilled. Staying sharp — leveling up on product knowledge, industry trends, and your own sales craft. Bringing your energy and ideas to the team, because we build this culture together. What you bring: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (HR tech/ATS experience is a big plus, but not required). A track record of managing pipelines with real discipline — you forecast accurately and don't let deals go cold. Comfortable with sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo, Slack, Notion). A genuine drive to hunt for new business and close it — you like the chase as much as the win. The relationship-building instincts to turn a first call into a long-term customer. What we offer: The chance to sell a category-leading employer branding and recruitment platform. 🥰 Competitive salary + uncapped commission. 💵 Real career growth in a fast-scaling company, with training and support that actually helps. 🎗️ A talented, supportive team that has each other's back. 🎤 A true hybrid setup at our flagship North America HQ in Chicago Downtown — in office Tue/Wed/Thu. 🏙️ A culture built on being different, personal, and kind — with genuinely good vibes, not just a ping-pong table. 🎉 If you're a SaaS AE who wants uncapped earning potential, a team that has fun and hits numbers, and a hybrid setup that respects your time — we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and let's build something great, together.

About Us Ticket Tailor is committed to empowering a diverse range of event creators through simple and affordable ticketing. But that's not all, we're also on a mission to make sure that every single ticket sold has a positive impact on all stakeholders, our team, our planet and the communities we operate in. We call this "Growth on Purpose" and are proud to be a Certified B Corp™, officially putting business for good at the centre of everything we do. Last year, over 10 million orders were placed through the Ticket Tailor platform, for all types of events from art installations to water parks. We have a world-class NPS score, and pride ourselves in building a simple platform built with a customer-first mindset. We're a fully independent, profitable, and bootstrapped company meaning we don't have to answer to anyone except ourselves and our customers, allowing us to scale the company sustainably and with soul. We work hybrid-remote and do two days per week in office, in our lovely space in Hackney. About The Role We're growing our Platform team, and hiring a full-time Platform Engineer to be our third member. It's a real mix of work: one day you will be building a system to protect our servers from high traffic influxes, reworking a Terraform module the next, then adopting a new self-hosted tool that unlocks teams. You'll own the infrastructure everything else runs on, taking real ownership of how it comes together. The impact you have on the people around you is what will motivate you, and the problem will interest you as much as the tools you solve it with. You'll work alongside two other Platform Engineers and close to the product engineers, pairing, reviewing, unblocking, and shaping the platform together. Like the rest of engineering, we lean on tools like Claude to move faster because it changes what three people can realistically own. Everything you deliver is yours end to end, from spotting the problem worth solving to running it in production. As part of a small team you'll have a real say in the technology decisions and share in the successes with the whole company. What you'll do Design, build and maintain our infrastructure, from MySQL and Aurora through to ECS and Cloudflare, managed as code in Terraform. Bring ideas for tooling and improvements that would have real impact, then take ownership of building them once we agree they're worth it. Support reliability and observability, using Datadog to make sure we find out about problems before our customers do. Take part in the operational work: migrations, upgrades, incident response and troubleshooting production issues, staying calm and methodical when it matters. Use AI tools creatively and fluently to amplify your impact, reaching for new tools and ways of working rather than defaulting to how things have always been done. Bring judgement on infrastructure design that others can lean on, keeping things simple rather than reaching for complexity we'd have to live with. What we're looking for Essential A deep understanding of AWS, evidenced by owning production infrastructure across multiple services (EC2 | ECS | RDS | Lambda | VPC | SQS). Infrastructure as code as your default, with experience maintaining a Terraform estate. Real depth with relational databases: schema migrations, failovers, upgrades and performance work. Experience with containerisation in production. A genuine drive to work in an AI-native way - you're curious and happy to change how you work as the tools evolve. This is core to how our team operates. Experience using AI and agentic tools to amplify your impact, with a view on the risks when agents reach production. Strong system design skills - you can tell when a problem needs solving properly versus quickly. Desirable Awareness of PCI DSS and what building to that standard demands is a plus. Experience with Cloudflare or a similar edge platform (DNS | WAF | Cache | Workers). Experience building PHP applications is desirable but not essential. PHP is our primary stack, with tooling in Python and Node, so familiarity with either of those is useful. Strong engineers from any modern language will be considered. How you work Keep it simple. You don't overcomplicate, you reason from first principles, and you know when to be pragmatic and when to polish. You’re ambitious to take long-term ownership over Ticket Tailors infrastructure, building sustainable, extendable and maintainable codebases. Human after all. You're happiest when working as part of a team. You thrive in working in kind, collaborative spaces where you can be vulnerable and transparent. Level of role We’re open to hiring at either mid or senior level , depending on your experience and the scope of responsibility you’ve held. The upper end of our salary range ( £75,000+ ) is intended for candidates joining us at Senior level. At either level, you’ll have a real say in the technical and product decisions we make. For a Senior level position we would expect strong experience and evidence in shaping solutions and contributing to key development decisions, such as choosing a direction while the requirements were still moving, bringing engineers and the business with you, and staying close enough to the solution to understand whether those decisions worked in practice. Our Tools 🦿 PHP is our primary language, and we use Laminas and Mezzio frameworks 🤖 AI is woven into how we work, using Claude Code and agentic development workflows 🫘 OpenTofu / Terraform for infrastructure definitions 👮 Open Policy Agent for policy as code 📐 Linear for project management, Notion for docs 🌐 AWS for servers, databases and storage 🌥️ Cloudflare for CDN, queueing and workers 🌊 Github and Github Actions for source control and CI 🧑🚒 Incident.io for incident management 🐕 Datadog for logging, monitoring and metrics The Process If your application is shortlisted, then you will receive detailed information about the next stages of the process. As an outline, the process will include: An initial discovery call to learn more about you, your motivation, suitability for the position and to clarify any questions you have (30 minutes) A technical test for you to complete in your own time (up to 2 hours) followed by a review and technical interview with the Hiring Manager (1 hour) An on-site interview with wider team members focused on system design, ways of working and values alignment We’ll review applications as they’re received and invite suitable candidates to an initial conversation on a rolling basis. A note on using AI in your application You’re welcome to use AI to help structure, refine or proofread your answers. However, your responses should accurately reflect your own skills, experience and achievements. If you’re shortlisted, you should be prepared to discuss and expand on your responses during the interview. Bear in mind that hiring teams read a large number of applications. Responses that rely heavily on AI can sometimes feel generic, so taking the time to make your application personal and specific will help it stand out.

Human after all. You're happiest when working as part of a team. You thrive in working in kind, collaborative spaces where you can be vulnerable and transparent.

Join us to shape the future! Teamtailor is a global Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by over 13,000 companies, 250,000 users, and available in 90 countries worldwide. 🌍 Working at Teamtailor means being part of a dynamic, fast-paced tech company that values impact and responsibility. Our workplace fosters an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company. 🎉🥳 About the role The Revenue Systems Engineer designs, builds and maintains the configuration, logic and integrations that run our revenue systems. Revenue Systems runs the tools that about 440 people across many teams use every day, from Sales and Customer Success to Finance and Data: Salesforce as our hub, and around it tools for conversation intelligence, scheduling, enrichment, contracts, billing and customer success. We are turning the team into a product team, where each tool has an owner, a direction and outcomes we measure. In this role, you work across the whole stack: Salesforce configuration and code, integrations between our tools, and the data that flows through them. You are involved early in discovery and take solutions all the way to production. Key responsibilities Build . Design and deliver Salesforce configuration and code, including objects, fields, validation rules, permissions, Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Components, using configuration where it is sufficient and code where it is needed. Integrations . Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the other tools in our stack. Technical discovery . Take part in discovery with a product manager, assessing technical feasibility, options and the effort to build and maintain a solution. Quality and delivery. Write tests, deploy through source control and our deployment pipeline, and follow the team's design and coding standards. Platform support . Take part in the system support process, troubleshooting platform issues escalated from first-line support and resolving their root cause. Automation . Must have Solid declarative Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets and complex Flow Hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex with test classes and Lightning Web Components Experience building or consuming REST APIs Ability to troubleshoot production issues and identify their root cause Clear documentation and communication skills Nice to have Experience building integrations outside Salesforce, using middleware, an integration platform (iPaaS), or scripting in Python or JavaScript SQL and data migration experience Experience with the APIs of sales, marketing or customer success tools Test automation Interest in using AI to automate business processes Certifications are not required. Collaboration You work closely with product managers, administrators and other engineers in Revenue Systems, from discovery through to release and support. Our workplace fosters an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company. 🎉🥳 About the role The Revenue Systems Product Manager makes sure that what we build solves well-framed business problems and delivers measurable value. In this role, you shape how we understand a problem, who we involve, and what has to be true before anyone starts building. You help the business frame the problems worth solving, map business processes to the systems that support them, and turn that understanding into clear priorities and requirements. Key responsibilities Discovery. Lead discovery for new initiatives and significant changes, using structured methods such as workshops, stakeholder mapping, business process mapping and written discovery briefs. Continuously improve how the team runs discovery. Problem framing. Build a deep understanding of the business and help stakeholders define the problem, its impact and its success criteria before solutions are discussed. Process and systems mapping. Map business processes to the systems that support them, and identify gaps, overlaps and opportunities across the stack. Requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and lead acceptance testing, including with implementation partners. Backlog and prioritisation. Deliver a defined share of declarative configuration and automation in Salesforce and adjacent tools. Expected impact Within your first months, we expect you to make a visible difference to how the team works: A consistent discovery approach applied to new initiatives Clearly framed problems and requirements, leading to less rework after build Shared visibility of priorities and the reasoning behind them Requirements We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement listed below. Must have Experience in product management, product ownership or business analysis for business systems, ideally in B2B SaaS Structured discovery and requirements work: workshop facilitation, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria Backlog management and prioritisation based on value, risk and effort Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model and declarative configuration Knowledge of revenue lifecycle management: quoting, contracting, subscriptions, amendments, renewals and billing Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have Experience establishing or improving a discovery or product practice within a team Experience implementing a CPQ, revenue lifecycle management or subscription billing solution Experience working with implementation partners Experience with a multi-tool go-to-market stack beyond Salesforce Framing automation or AI use cases with measurable outcomes Certifications are not required. Collaboration You work closely with the engineers and administrators in Revenue Systems, pairing with engineers during discovery so that solutions are technically sound before they are built. Outside the team, you partner with RevOps process owners and the business teams who rely on our tools, from commercial teams to Finance and Data, to align on priorities, dependencies and sequencing.
