Visitor Identification Pricing

What visitor identification software actually costs

Website visitor identification software publishes entry prices from $0 to $599 a month among the dollar-priced vendors, plus €49 to €529 at Snitcher. Those numbers aren’t comparable: each vendor meters a different unit — a person-level resolution, a company identification, or a credit. Two of the five vendors we checked publish no volume limits at all.

How we collected this

Every figure below was read directly off the vendor’s own public pricing page on 18 August 2026, from a United States location, and each row links to the page it came from. We report list prices only. Where a vendor does not publish a number, this guide says “not published” rather than substituting an estimate or a figure from a third-party roundup. Prices change without notice — check the linked source before making a decision. Two currency notes: Leadfeeder’s plan cards render in dollars while its own compare table on the same page shows the identical numerals in euros, and Snitcher’s band table renders in euros while its page metadata quotes the same entry figure in dollars. We reproduce what each table displays and do not convert.

Cost per identification

Sticker price is the wrong unit. The number that decides whether a tool is expensive is what one identification costs you. Dividing each published plan price by that plan’s own published volume cap gives the figures below — and immediately shows the real problem with shopping this category: only RB2B and Snitcher publish both a price and a matching identification-volume cap. Leadfeeder and Warmly publish no comparable cap at all. Lumitra does publish its volumes, but meters a different unit — sessions and prospects rather than identifications — so it doesn’t belong on this axis either.

Calculated at each plan’s published cap, assuming the full allowance is used. Use half the allowance and your effective cost per identification doubles. Snitcher and RB2B figures are in the currency each vendor’s own table displays and are not converted or compared across currencies.

A resolution, a company, and a credit are three different things

RB2B: resolutions

A resolution is a person-level match, and RB2B’s own pricing page states it works on US traffic only. The same page publishes what that actually resolves: 15–20% contact-level coverage on Starter and Pro, and 35–45% on Pro+. Paying per resolution means paying for the fraction of your traffic that matches, not for your traffic.

Snitcher: company IDs

A unique company identified in the billing period, counted once no matter how often it returns. Snitcher publishes the whole band table — ten tiers from 50 to 5,000 IDs — which makes it the only vendor here you can price accurately before talking to sales.

Leadfeeder: companies + credits

Identification is included; acting on it is not. Revealing verified emails, exporting lists, and syncing to your CRM all consume credits, and Leadfeeder’s own pricing FAQ states standard plan credits don’t roll over at the end of the contract period. The meter starts when the data becomes useful.

What buyers say the price actually buys

The complaint in this category is rarely the headline number — it’s the ratio of price to what arrives. On G2’s Leadinfo pros-and-cons page (4.3/5 across 835 reviews, checked 18 August 2026), “high costs” is a named con with 10 review mentions. One verified small-business reviewer, rating the product 4 out of 5, put the trade-off plainly:

“The data quality is truly mediocre and the actions (triggers) very limited for the price.”

That sentence is the whole category’s pricing problem in one line. You are quoted on volume, but you are judged on what you can do with each identification. A cheap tool that resolves a small share of your traffic into records nobody acts on is not cheap. This is why we publish our match-rate expectations openly rather than quoting a best-case number.

Where Lumitra sits — and where it doesn’t compare

Lumitra does not price per resolution, so it cannot honestly be placed on the cost-per-identification table above, and we haven’t pretended otherwise. Lumitra prices on tracked sessions and prospects delivered: the free Start plan includes 1,000 Visitor Intelligence sessions per month plus five ICP-matched prospects written into your CRM every day; Growth is $500/month and Scale is $3,500/month. The reason the axis is different is that identification isn’t the product — it’s the trigger. Sessions become account timelines, timelines get enriched by Company Intelligence, and GTM Agents act on them inside Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce after validation, deduplication, and optional human approval. Daily prospecting, CRM delivery, and session summaries never draw on a credit balance. If what you want is the cheapest feed of identified companies, buy on cost per identification and our buyer guide will point you at the right tools — several of which aren’t us.

Frequently asked questions

How much does website visitor identification software cost?

Among the dollar-priced vendors we checked on 18 August 2026, published entry prices ranged from $0 to $599 per month: RB2B Starter is $79/month, Leadfeeder Discover is $79/month billed annually, and Leadfeeder Scale is $599/month. Snitcher prices separately in euros, from €49/month for up to 50 company IDs to €529/month for up to 5,000. Warmly publishes no prices at all. Free plans exist at RB2B (150 resolutions), Leadfeeder Lite (last 100 companies), and Lumitra Start (1,000 visitor sessions).

Why can't I just compare the monthly prices?

Because each vendor meters a different unit. RB2B bills per resolution — a person-level match, US traffic only. Snitcher bills per unique company identification. Leadfeeder bills per identified company and then charges credits again when you enrich, export, or sync that company to your CRM. A $79 plan at one vendor and a $79 plan at another can differ by an order of magnitude in what you actually receive.

What is a fair cost per identification?

Where both price and volume are published, cost per identification runs from about €0.11 to €0.98 at Snitcher and about $0.25 to $0.33 at RB2B, calculated at each plan's own cap. Those figures assume you use the entire allowance; if you use half of it, your effective cost per identification doubles. RB2B also publishes overage at 45¢ per resolution on Starter and 25¢ on Pro and Pro+.

Is there a free visitor identification tool?

Yes, three of the vendors we checked publish permanent free plans. RB2B Free gives 150 monthly resolutions at company level only, with no person-level identification, no email addresses, and no integrations beyond Slack. Leadfeeder Lite gives the last 100 identified companies per month with a 7-day history. Lumitra's Start plan is $0 and includes 1,000 Visitor Intelligence sessions per month plus five ICP-matched prospects delivered into your CRM every day.

Do these tools charge per seat?

Mostly no, and that is one of the few genuinely consistent things in the category. Leadfeeder includes unlimited users on every plan including free. Snitcher includes unlimited team members on every plan and charges nothing extra per integration. Lumitra includes 2 seats on Start, 5 on Growth, and 10 on Scale. Volume, not headcount, is what you are buying.

Why does Warmly not publish pricing?

Warmly's pricing page carries no plans and no numbers — its own page description reads “Not sure what you need? We'll customize a plan to give your go-to-market team exactly what it needs.” The same site currently displays a banner announcing that HubSpot is acquiring Warmly. Third-party roundups quote specific Warmly figures, but none of them could be verified against a Warmly-owned page, so this guide does not repeat them.
