Relationship evidence
Identity revision 1, last changed
- a declared affiliated site is a relationship the publisher states, not common ownership
- a declared provider account (gift cards, hiring, ordering) is a service relationship, not an affiliation
- a register party at the business's premises is a candidate operator until the Place and legal resolvers bind it
- a licensed operator of the business's premises operates those locations; it is not thereby the brand's owner
- an employer a job board names on the openings posts them; it is not thereby the owner or the operator
- an app's store seller or developer publishes the app; neither is thereby the restaurant's owner
- a menu that names a producer names it; it is not a supply contract, a volume or an exclusivity
- a mail or DMARC service domain in DNS is a technical service relationship, not an affiliation
- a group the site says it is part of is a public affiliation; the equity chain and buying rights are separate questions
- an organization that posts the openings, sells the app or holds a program account shares services with the business; that is not affiliation or ownership

Andrew CarmelliniChef, Restaurateur, Author
- As printed Andrew Carmellini's cooking is soulful and flavorful, rustic and refined. It's a personal style that reflects his American roots and Italian heritage, his work in some of the world's best fine dining restaurants, and his travels abroad. Born and raised in Seven Hills, OH, Andrew started working in restaurants at age fourteen and would eventually become part of a generation of chefs who began their cooking careers in the heyday of era-defining institutions such as San Domenico and L’Arpège in Europe followed by Lespinasse and Le Cirque in New York. Then in 1998, Andrew became the opening Chef de Cuisine of Café Boulud. During his tenure, he was awarded twice by the James Beard Foundation and named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s “Best New Chefs,” among many other accolades. Members of his kitchen brigade would also go on to become some of today’s brightest culinary talents, leaving Andrew’s own set of prints on the era that followed. Outside of culinary circles, Andrew is known as a hit-maker synthesizing pertinent culinary culture with urban social dining scenes. His restaurants are often credited with cracking the code between fine cooking and fun dining. They currently include many restaurants, a live music and performance venue, a retail and wholesale bakery, three cocktail bars, a beer hall, two fast-casual concepts, and six hotel food and beverage programs across four states. No two are alike.Published by the company · confirmed Oct 19, 2026, 5:10 PM UTC

Josh PickardCo-Founder, Restaurateur, Managing Partner
- As printed Josh Pickard is the co-founder and managing partner of NoHo Hospitality Group with a 30-year-long venerated career in hospitality rooted in creating some of New York City's most sought-after restaurants & music venues. After graduating with an MBA from the University of Southern California, Josh opened his first restaurant in 1990 called Time Café & Fez – a combined live music and restaurant venue that would transform downtown Manhattan’s nightlife over the course of the following decade. This led to an invitation from the The Public Theater to partner on its now iconic live music and performance venue, Joe’s Pub, offering dinner and drink service to show-goers. Josh partnered with award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini in 2009 to create Locanda Verde in Robert De Niro’s TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich. Since then, Josh has populated downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, Miami Beach, FL, and his hometown of Detroit, MI with NoHo Hospitality Group’s signature, spirited dining environments. Josh is also known for his successes with Lever House, a midtown restaurant which was awarded a Michelin Star and nominated a Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation in 2003; Lure Fishbar, SoHo's beloved seafood and sushi concept circa 2004; Burger & Barrel in 2010, a casual winepub with an American menu of greatest hits; and Lure Fishbar's expansion to Miami Beach. Description
Events & Catering Manager Chama Mama | New York City About Chama Mama At Chama Mama, we do more than serve food and beverages—we preserve culture, create memorable experiences, and bring people together through genuine hospitality. Inspired by the rich traditions of Georgia, the birthplace of wine, Chama Mama brings authentic Georgian cuisine and exceptional hospitality to New York City with a modern approach while honoring centuries-old recipes, culinary craftsmanship, and Georgian traditions. Every guest experience reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity, and the Georgian belief that 'A Guest Is a Gift from God.' Today, Chama Mama continues to grow across New York City through multiple restaurant locations, a centralized Culinary Lab, bakery operations, catering services, and private events. You combine strong sales instincts with exceptional organization and attention to detail. You understand how to turn an inquiry into a confirmed booking, build lasting client relationships, manage event financials, and coordinate multiple teams to execute successful events. You are comfortable owning the entire event lifecycle—from prospecting and proposals to contracts, deposits, BEOs, execution, final payment, and follow-up. You understand that every event is both a guest experience and a business opportunity, and you take ownership of both. Maintain complete and accurate event documentation and ensure all deadlines are met. Coordinate event details including menus, beverage selections, guest counts, room layouts, rentals, staffing, setup, service timelines, and special requests. Communicate final event details clearly and accurately to all participating departments. Ensure changes and updates are documented and communicated promptly. Follow up after events to gather feedback, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Manage Event Financials Take ownership of event pricing, revenue, costs, deposits, final payments, and profitability. Ensure events are priced according to company standards and established financial goals. Monitor food, beverage, labor, rental, and other event-related costs. Protect event profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ensure deposits and final payments are collected accurately and according to established timelines.
