Visitor IntelligenceKnow who cares.
Know how much.

For companies selling to restaurants, understand activity on your own website: which accounts can be identified, what visitors explored, and when a known contact follows a Lumi Link. Bots and email scanners are filtered before intent is scored.

Connect inbound interest to restaurant prospecting and operator research.

How it works

From anonymous visit
to buyer context.

One tracker captures identity, sessions, and attribution separately — then stitches them into context your team can route on.

01

Identify

Lumi Links resolve the exact CRM contact behind a click. Forms and logged-in users attach identity to the same browser history.

02

Understand

Sessions become narratives: content attention, click outcomes, form progression, searches, and pricing behavior.

03

Act

High-intent, returning, and form-incomplete cohorts route into CRM, alerts, and GTM Agents — with bots already gone.

Session intelligence

What they tried.
Not just where they went.

Semantic content attention, click outcomes, form journeys with the exact stall point — interpreted into a narrative a rep can read before the call.

Returning visitor compared annual plans, verified SOC 2, then stalled on company size — pricing-ready. Route to an AE with the security review as context.

Known-visitor identification

The CRM names the person.
The click proves it.

Lumi Links carry your CRM's own record ID into the click — resolved deterministically, deduped against existing contacts, with email scanners gated out before identity ever resolves.

Bot detection

Bots never
get a vote.

Crawlers, link previews, and email security scanners are classified at capture and kept out of intent scoring and agent triggers — preserved as an inspectable cohort, never silently deleted.

Why visitor intelligence depends on filtering first

Buyers stopped announcing themselves. In a Gartner survey of 632 B2B buyers, 61% said they prefer an overall rep-free buying experience, and 73% said they actively avoid suppliers who send irrelevant outreach. Buyers who would rather research than talk to a rep still leave evidence — they just leave it on your website instead of in a conversation. That is the evidence visitor intelligence exists to read.

The problem is what else is on the website.

“Automated traffic continues to outpace human activity online, accounting for more than 53% of all web traffic in 2025, up from 51% the year before.”

— Imperva, 2026 Bad Bot Report, April 29, 2026

Those two facts collide. The signal a revenue team most wants to read now lives in traffic that is majority machine. Score it unfiltered and crawlers, link previews, and email security scanners are counted as interest — which is precisely how a team ends up sending the irrelevant outreach that the same buyers say makes them walk away. A scanner that opens every link in a campaign looks like the most engaged prospect of the week. So the order of operations is the whole argument: bot detection for visitor intelligence happens at capture, before anything is scored, rather than as a reconciliation pass over numbers that have already been acted on.

To be precise about both figures: Imperva measures all web traffic — websites, applications, and APIs across the internet — not the mix arriving at any one B2B marketing site, so 53% is the backdrop, not a forecast of your own bot share. The Gartner figure is a stated preference from buyers surveyed in August and September 2024, not a measurement of what those buyers ultimately did.

What is visitor intelligence?

Visitor Intelligence helps companies selling to restaurants understand visits to their own website. It combines company-level identity where available, known-contact identification through Lumi Links, and session narratives. Bots and email scanners are filtered before intent scoring, so account follow-up uses buyer activity rather than automated traffic.

How is visitor intelligence different from website analytics?
Analytics counts sessions, pages, and conversions in aggregate. Visitor intelligence resolves who the traffic belongs to and what the visit meant — the company behind the session, the content that actually held attention, the form that stalled, and the buying signal a rep can act on. Analytics tells you a pricing page was viewed eight times; visitor intelligence tells you which account viewed it.
Can visitor intelligence identify individual people?
For ordinary anonymous traffic, identification is company-level: the organization behind the visit, stitched into an account timeline. The exact person is resolved when they arrive through a tracked Lumi Link, which ties the click to a known CRM contact rather than guessing an identity from an IP address.
Do bots distort visitor intelligence data?
They do, which is why filtering happens before scoring rather than after. Crawlers, link previews, and email security scanners generate page views and clicks that look like buyer interest — including scanners that follow tracked links inside an email and can otherwise be mistaken for the recipient. Filtering them first keeps counts, intent signals, and downstream GTM actions honest.
