Johnathan JonesBeverage Manager
- As printed An instrumental personality in Houston’s growing cocktail scene, Johnathan Jones has worked in some of the city’s most acclaimed bars and restaurants. As known as he is for his ability to envision and create, he’s equally known for his warm personality and vibrant style.A native of Lake Jackson, Texas, Johnathan attended Lamar University where he earned his Associates of Science degree. A single visit to James Beard-nominated Anvil changed the course of Johnathan’s life, and rather than pursue his degree in early childhood education, he chose to venture out to follow his passion and begin his career in hospitality. As a bartender at Anvil Bar and at Refuge, he developed his skills as a master of the craft, delighting guests with a menu of more than 100 cocktails. Two years in Chicago were spent at Broken Shaker and Baptiste & Bottle, before returning to Houston for a second stint at Anvil Bar, where he oversaw batching, inventory, and seasonal menu development. Johnathan then moved on to Loch Bar and Ouzo Bay, where he created the cocktail and spirits menus at both locations as beverage manager. In 2020, Johnathan took the position of beverage director at MAD, where he helped to rebuild the bar, and oversaw the new menu development, while also acting as an operations manager. This valuable experience at some of the country’s top bars led Johnathan to Four Seasons Hotel Houston as Beverage Manager, where he oversees menus and operations of the beverage programs at Bandista, Toro Toro, Bayou & Bottle, the Pool Deck, and In-Room Dining.“I love the buzz of the Hotel, the different venues, the flow of guests, and working with such an incredibly talented team of hospitality professionals who do anything and everything to make for great experiences.”Johnathan is the proud papa to his cat Perseus. Paranyu "Cho" LimpananonSuviche Chef
- As printed Born and raised in Chiang Rai, Thailand, Paranyu “Cho” Limpananon always expressed a passion for Japanese food. He was intrigued by the ceremony of preparation, the beauty of the food itself, and of course the coming together of flavors. So, while he was earning his business and computer science degrees from Rangsit University International College in Pathum Thani, Thailand, he started working part time as a sushi chef, learning the basics at Panya Indra Golf Club in Bangkok. After graduating, Cho moved to Los Angeles, where he worked as a sushi chef at The Room Sushi Bar, before being offered a job as a sushi chef at Kanpai Sushi Bar & Grill in Los Angeles. It is here, working under a true Japanese master sushi chef, that he perfected his craft and found a way to turn his passion for the cuisine into his own form of culinary art. For the next 12 years, he delighted guests at two of Kanpai’s restaurants with his creations. In 2021, Chef Cho moved to Houston to take on a new role at Four Seasons Hotel Houston as Suviche Chef of Toro Toro, expanding the role of a traditional sushi chef, by incorporating ceviche dishes and Latin influence. In addition to creating his popular sushi and ceviche dishes for restaurant guests, Chef Cho also leads interactive suviche making classes for guests and groups.Paranyu’s actual nickname is “Kincho”, however his Japanese colleagues at the sushi bar advised him that “Kincho” means “fear” in Japanese, while “Cho” means “super”. Guests of Four Seasons Hotel Houston and his colleagues agree that his revised nickname suits him perfectly. When not working, Chef Cho enjoys playing guitar and singing Karaoke with his wife, Jan. He speaks English and Thai and a bit of Japanese he’s learned as a sushi chef.Published by the company · confirmed Oct 3, 2026, 12:10 PM UTC
