The bartending position at Blockhead is a high-skilled position. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages, including beer, cocktails, sake and wine. You will also utilize proper equipment, ingredients and recipes, and handle basic cleaning duties. Duties include preparing menu items using various equipment including a range with woks, fryer and a combi oven.
