Great article! I’m a Mexican-American that has roots coming from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I am very familiar with tacos de trompo but I cant seem to wrap my head around what the differences are in the other types of tacos. Can someone explain the big differences between pastor, and adobada? What’s the main distinguisher that sets pastor and adobada apart? Thanks!

The taco Laredo on Morgan Blvd. Harlingen ,TX 78550 is never ready by 5 am or even 6 am I go there because I'm 1 block away but always have to go to the one on 77 sunshine strip whic is further away I went today 12/12/17 it was 6:10 am and they were still not serving the customers they were waiting in line so I left I complained to the stripes clerk and he said they have always been like that serving after 6am the company needs to take a look at this because the sign says 5am-4pm th… (truncated)
