Description du poste LE POSTE ET LES MISSIONS Responsabilités Les rôles et responsabilités de ce poste de comptable général couvrent de nombreux domaines de la finance, assistant la direction financière dans tous les aspects, corporates, opérationnels, et projets mais sans s'y limiter et dans le respect des normes comptable et fiscales. Administratif et comptable Assurer la tenue de la comptabilité générale et analytique Suivi des transaction intersociétes et rapprochement Suivi du calcul des intérêts d’emprunt intragroupe Suivi de la mise à jour du registre des immobilisations Suivi des financements bancaires (calcul des intérêts et revue du solde) Réaliser les Clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle des livres Réaliser les reporting mensuels, trimestriels et annuel IFRS Participer à l’établissement des états financiers (bilan, compte de résultat, comptes annuels) Suivi de la trésorerie et participation à l’élaboration des prévisions Suivi des opérations bancaires Assistance aux commissaires aux comptes Examen des factures coorporates, dépenses d’investissement et soumission pour approbation Participer à l’élaboration du plan comptable détaillé Participer à l’implantation d’un logiciel de comptabilité Fiscal : Participer à l’établissement des déclarations d’impôt sur les sociétés Etablissement des déclarations fiscales françaises obligatoires ( TVA, IS, CFE, DEB, DADS2, IFU, ORGANIC, CVAE……) Participation à l’optimisation des valeurs fiscales (demande de remboursement auprès de l’administration fiscale si nécessaire) Autres taches : L’assistance selon les besoins réguliers de l’équipe financière et en fonction des besoins. 2. Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Revenue Management Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; monitor departmental budgets and expenses.
