I was excited they were both vegetarian and gluten free, like me! I liked it in the store, loved it at home. Oil in the pan for 2 mins then added the water and covered it until golden on the bottom. I used Tamari & hot chili oil can’t wait to try them again with black vinegar. Really well balanced, flavor and texture were great. I will definitely have them again. I love the pork dumplings also- I advise purchasing both types! (Pan fry them, then finish off with a little steam, as they advise.
