Culligan Water Employees & Ownership
Aimee ClardyCFO
- As printed Aimee joins the Culligan team as CFO and leads the finance team. She joined Culligan after briefly working as a consultant with Candice and the team, and immediately fell in love with the company and culture! Aimee is a native of St. Joseph, and attended Northwest Missouri State University for both her Bachelor’s degree and MBA, and has lived most of her life in Overland Park. She’s always had a love of numbers and from a young age helped balance the books in her mom’s business, where she learned first-hand the challenges of being a female entrepreneur. She has been a CPA for more than 20 years and has helped lead organizations through extensive periods of growth. Outside of work, Aimee loves spending time watching her 3 boys play sports and her husband coach high school football under Friday nightlights; the Clardys are a big football family! Other than uber-ing her kids around, she also loves to read a good historical fiction novel, writing when she has time, snuggling up with their beagle, and visiting their gulf-coast condo in Orange Beach, Alabama with family.Published by the company · confirmed Oct 26, 2026, 1:00 AM UTC

Bradon FullertonDirector of Household Sales
- As printed Bradon Fullerton has been with Culligan Water since 2013. As a native Nebraskan, he started his career as a Household Sales Representative treating every customer like they were the only person he had to see that day. This attention to customer satisfaction led him to a leadership role where he continues to serve Culligan customers to the highest level through his team of water experts. Having direct interaction with customers gave Bradon a deep appreciation for what it takes to be the best in the water industry. A true dedication to solving water problems and improving lives. When Bradon isn’t talking about the benefits of clean water, you can find him spending time with his two sons, Kaleb and Jaxson, or playing golf, volleyball and basketball.Published by the company · confirmed Oct 26, 2026, 1:00 AM UTC

Candice ShumCEO
Roles
- Chief Executive Officerhttps://www.culligan.com/locations/ks/kansas-city
- As printed Candice is the third-generation owner of Culligan’s 70-year history in the Kansas City area. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Candice is proud to make Culligan Kansas City a Certified Woman-Owned Business. Having been raised in the family business, Candice has a lifetime of familiarity with the benefits of water treatment from households to manufacturing plants. Given the chance, Candice proclaims she can turn anyone into a “water snob” with just a little exposure to the extensive benefits of switching to the Culligan lifestyle. “Once you live with soft water, and have purified drinking water at your fingertips, I guarantee you will never go back to tap.” Candice states that redesigning the company’s culture has been her proudest professional accomplishment to date. “It never gets old watching smart, kind, hard-working humans come together to get things done. When Leadership genuinely wants every member of the team to succeed, and they live that in their daily interactions, there is no telling just how far we can go.” Off the clock, Candice is a Kansas Jayhawk with a bachelor’s in English Literature. “When I should have been getting an MBA and learning to golf, I was in London studying the Shakespearean stage.” The three greatest joys in her life are being married to Joe, watching her three children find their self-confidence and a really good Netflix binge.Published by the company · confirmed Oct 26, 2026, 1:00 AM UTC
