Relationship evidence
Identity revision 1, last changed
- a declared affiliated site is a relationship the publisher states, not common ownership
- a declared provider account (gift cards, hiring, ordering) is a service relationship, not an affiliation
- a register party at the business's premises is a candidate operator until the Place and legal resolvers bind it
- a licensed operator of the business's premises operates those locations; it is not thereby the brand's owner
- an employer a job board names on the openings posts them; it is not thereby the owner or the operator
- an app's store seller or developer publishes the app; neither is thereby the restaurant's owner
- a menu that names a producer names it; it is not a supply contract, a volume or an exclusivity
- a mail or DMARC service domain in DNS is a technical service relationship, not an affiliation
- a group the site says it is part of is a public affiliation; the equity chain and buying rights are separate questions
- an organization that posts the openings, sells the app or holds a program account shares services with the business; that is not affiliation or ownership
- a supplier or charitable partner the site's own page names and links is the publisher's statement; it is not a contract, a volume, an exclusivity or a gift amount

Description
Who we are: Cognito is a fast-growing SaaS company empowering users to quickly build forms – and form-driven business solutions – by themselves. No developer necessary. Who you are: We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to help us scale our operations as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will work across the organization to turn company priorities into action, improve our internal processes, and ensure teams have the information, systems, and coordination they need to execute effectively. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, analyzing business performance, and making organizations run better. What you will be responsible for: Partner with the COO and leadership team to translate company priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate annual, quarterly, and other company-wide planning processes. Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, communication, and follow-through. Prepare and coordinate recurring operating reports and help leadership understand business performance, trends, and areas requiring attention. Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, budget-to-actual analysis, headcount planning, and operational reporting. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, investigate issues, and provide recommendations to leadership. Support sales operations, including reporting, lead-management processes, commission administration, rep productivity metrics, and analysis of sales performance and ROI. Manage the company's vendor and renewal processes, including evaluating costs, coordinating renewals, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Coordinate recurring insurance, compliance, audit, and other operational initiatives in partnership with internal and external subject-matter experts. Partner with HR on workforce planning, performance-review processes, onboarding and offboarding processes, policies, and other company-wide people initiatives. Identify inefficient or overly manual processes and implement scalable solutions. Develop and maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring business processes. Oversee general business operations, including facilities, administrative processes, and the company operating calendar. Take ownership of special projects and operational issues that span multiple teams or do not have a clear functional owner. What you'll bring to the table: 7+ years of experience in business operations, finance, strategy, program management, or a related field, including experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a growing SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred. Strong financial and business acumen, with experience working with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business-performance reporting. Description
Who we are: Cognito is a fast-growing SaaS company empowering users to quickly build forms – and form-driven business solutions – by themselves. No developer necessary. Who you are: Cognito Forms is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey from first touch to long-term retention. Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer, you'll design and execute full-funnel lifecycle programs — spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention/expansion — that help users discover value in Cognito Forms quickly and stick around for the long haul. What you will be responsible for: Own and evolve lifecycle marketing strategy across the full funnel: acquisition nurture, trial/onboarding activation, engagement, retention, and expansion/upsell Design, build, and optimize automated email and in-app messaging journeys that guide users toward key activation and retention milestones Segment our user base by behavior, plan type, and lifecycle stage to deliver relevant, timely messaging at scale Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify lifecycle moments (trial start, key feature adoption, renewal, churn risk) and build programs around them Continuously test and iterate on messaging, timing, channels, and triggers to improve conversion, activation, and retention rates Define, track, and report on core lifecycle metrics (activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, retention/churn, expansion revenue) and translate data into actionable recommendations Maintain a testing roadmap and bring a strong experimentation mindset to everything you ship Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to ensure lifecycle messaging reflects brand voice and product positioning What you should bring to the table: 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or email marketing, ideally at a SaaS or product-led growth company Proven track record designing and managing automated, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, and beyond) Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting data to guide strategy, not just report on results Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel/cohort analysis Excellent written communication skills; you can write compelling lifecycle copy or brief others effectively A self-starter mentality — comfortable owning a broad mandate and prioritizing independently in a remote environment Bonus: experience in a PLG (product-led growth) or self-serve SaaS environment
