Relationship evidence
Identity revision 1, last changed
- a declared affiliated site is a relationship the publisher states, not common ownership
- a declared provider account (gift cards, hiring, ordering) is a service relationship, not an affiliation
- a register party at the business's premises is a candidate operator until the Place and legal resolvers bind it
- a licensed operator of the business's premises operates those locations; it is not thereby the brand's owner
- an employer a job board names on the openings posts them; it is not thereby the owner or the operator
- an app's store seller or developer publishes the app; neither is thereby the restaurant's owner
- a menu that names a producer names it; it is not a supply contract, a volume or an exclusivity
- a mail or DMARC service domain in DNS is a technical service relationship, not an affiliation
- a group the site says it is part of is a public affiliation; the equity chain and buying rights are separate questions
- an organization that posts the openings, sells the app or holds a program account shares services with the business; that is not affiliation or ownership
- a supplier or charitable partner the site's own page names and links is the publisher's statement; it is not a contract, a volume, an exclusivity or a gift amount

About Clerkie Clerkie is a fintech startup on a mission to democratize financial wellness using the power of artificial intelligence. Launched in 2018, Clerkie began with an app, aiming to help the nearly 123 million underserved Americans in need of financial guidance. Since its inception, the company has expanded its services and now pairs consumer guidance with cutting-edge B2B software. By pairing the two through the Clerkie network, these tools have become the go-to resource for creditors looking to manage loan losses while simultaneously helping millions of borrowers get out of debt. Clerkie is a remote-first company, with over 40 employees spanning 4 time zones across the United States. To date, the company has raised $41 million, including a $33 million Series A round in early 2023. Investors include leading financial and venture institutions, including Citi Ventures, Left Lane Capital, Wellington Ventures, Flourish Ventures, and Vestigo Ventures. About the role We’re looking for a driven, curious, and collaborative Associate Product Manager to join our small-but-mighty Product team. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their product career - whether this is your first formal PM role or your second - who’s ready to take on real ownership, build strong fundamentals, and grow alongside experienced product leaders. You’ll work closely with our Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and directly with our CEO and co-founder, supporting both our consumer-facing experiences and our B2B platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute meaningfully across discovery, delivery, and iteration - while learning how product decisions get made in a fast-paced Series A environment. Our goal is for this role to be a true launchpad: building the skills, judgment, and confidence needed for long-term growth in product at Clerkie or beyond. Here’s what you’ll do Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to explore problems and shape solutions Work directly on high-priority initiatives across our SaaS products Support discovery, documentation, and delivery for key product work streams Join (and contribute to!) team rituals like sprint planning, retros, and roadmap reviews Help scope and ship features from research through release Keep the team organized with clear requirements, thoughtful tracking, and great communication Bring fresh eyes, user empathy, and curiosity to everything you touch Here’s a snapshot of what the Product team tackled recently Partnered with Design and Engineering to create some super slick sandbox demos that helped us win big deals Contributed to high-priority builds for enterprise partners, pressure-testing our infrastructure to support scale Collaborated directly with our SLT to scope and prioritize key updates across multiple product experiences Added our voice to the evolving product strategy and roadmap, helping shape how Clerkie and Fiber deliver value across every touchpoint Helped clean up and organize Coda, our internal knowledge hub, to make life easier for future new hires (like you!) Onboarded a new teammate to the Product team and updated internal rituals to set them up for success Spent the day on a private ranch in Jackson Hole horseback riding, axe throwing, eating outside a Michelin Star chef's table, roasting smores under the stars, and celebrating your latest hackathon win And more! From big wins to team traditions, it’s been a month - and we’re just getting started 😎 Must-haves Early experience working in a product-focused role Ability to clearly communicate across various technical teams, clients, and stakeholders Top-notch communication and organization skills Ability to think in systems, break down complex ideas, and prioritize clearly Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn from others Motivation to own your work and grow fast A collaborative spirit and appreciation for feedback Comfort working independently in a remote environment Nice-to-haves (not required) Prior experience in a startup (Seed stage to pre-IPO), fintech, or adjacent company Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Coda, or Figma Background in CS, business, design, analytics, or another relevant field A basic understanding of how software gets built Passion for financial wellness, tech-for-good, or startup life Our salary and benefits 💰 Salary range : $90-110k 💼 Equity 💻 Remote-first role (US only) 🧘 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 📈 401(k) + retirement benefits 🌴 Paid time off + annual company retreat 💻 Company laptop + home office stipend 💙 Collaborative, values-driven culture Our hiring process We believe in a two-way interview process that helps us get to know you—and helps you get to know us.
