Bottom Line Employees & Ownership

Adil FawziDirector of Operations
  • As printed Chef/Restaurator Adil Fawzi has always had a passion for great food, fine wines and different cultures. Already at an early age, spending hours watching and helping his mother cooking delicious traditional Moroccan dishes in their kitchen in Casablanca set in motion a lifelong culinary affection. Adil would spend his summers in New York City, working at his uncle Mike’s NYC deli. It was there and then that he decided he would aspire to make it big in the world of haute cuisine. To pursue his life goal, there was only one logical next destination: Paris, France, the culinary capital of the world. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Culi-nary Arts and Hotel Management from Maxim’s School, one of the most prestigious culinary institutes in Paris. There, he apprenticed under Frank Charpen- tier, a 3-Michelin Star chef. Chef Adil was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit countless exclusive wine and champagne chateaux, work in 3-Michelin Star rated restaurants and land a role as chef for the foremost caterer in Paris, Le Notre & Raynier Marchetti. Finally, in 2005, Adil returned to New York where his dream had started some 20 years before. He opened and operated three successful restaurants in Manhattan, all healthy and profitable multi-million dollar enterprises. He received excellent reviews from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Michelin Guide and Zagat Survey. He also participated in several TV cooking shows. In 2017 he sold his three businesses and went on to join forces with the Clover Restaurant Management Group as the role of Director of Operations info@blhnyc.com

Jason KallertKitchen Consultant
  • As printed Jason Kallert, began his love for cooking with his Italian grandmother in North Bergen, NJ. From working at local Italian restaurants to graduating the Culinary Institute of America, he began with a full time position at tavern on the Green, consistently feeding 2000 covers. He then spent four years at Le Cirque 2000 in The Palace Hotel, from line cook to sous chef under executive chefs Sottha Kuhn, then Pierre Schaedelin. There, he developed his simple and classic style of traditional French cuisine, and continues to cook with a focused and genuine style ensuring that all his creations have clean and to the point flavors. In 2004, between Le Cirque’s 2nd and 3rd incarnation, Jason opened Della Rovere; a casual dining, Italian restaurant in Tribeca making fresh pasta and Fiorentino style steaks, as well as doing stints at the Maccioni family’s “Osteria del Circo” . Jason rejoined the Maccioni family as Chef de Cuisine to open Le Cirque at its third location in the Bloomberg Tower on 58th st. He planned the kitchen build out, menus and hired all the staff. In 2007, Christophe Bellanca replaced Pierre Schaedelin as Executive Chef and Jason continued to work under Bellanca where he assisted Le Cirque in obtaining three stars by The New York Times in 2008 (Frank Bruni). In 2008, Jason joined the legendary Friars Club as Executive Chef, modernizing its entire food and beverage department along with re-structuring its business plan. He mastered pleasing some of the toughest members in New York for 5 years. In January of 2013, Jason joined LDV Hospitality as Corporate Chef. His first task was the conception of the Paramount Bar & Grill and Corso Coffee in the newly renovated Paramount Hotel. He moved on to join the creative team of “Queen of the Night”, an interactive theater show based on a grand feast, where whole suckling pigs and smoked short ribs of beef were served as part of the circus, dancing and music, generating 14 million a year in revenue. After “Queen of the Night” secured its place as a one-of-a-kind experience in NYC, Jason went on to hone in on American Cut, LDV’s upscale steakhouse. He then led the opening of five venues at Gurney’s Resort in Montauk, New York in conjunction with a full renovation of the resort and the 5 food and beverage outlets; Scarpetta Beach, Tillie’s, The Beach Club, Corso Coffee and Regent Cocktail Club. In 2015, Jason began project management of all LDV openings and remained over-seeing and managing on a corporate level for the next three years. In 2018, Jason opened his own consulting firm, Kallert Hospitality Solutions, and continues to design, build, manage and operate with select clients throughout the Tri-State area. info@blhnyc.com

Jeff KadishCEO & Co-Founder
  • As printed Jeff Kadish has worked in restaurants since the age of 12. He studied Hotel and Restaurant management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Class of ‘84 and went on to work as a Manager, General Manager, and F&B Director for Chart House Restaurants, Restaurant Associates and the Back Bay Restaurant Group. His broad culinary knowledge and restaurant operations experience is enhanced through his extensive travel with his wife Francine, during which he has studied with chefs in France, Italy, Hong Kong and Thailand. In 1993, Kadish teamed with lifelong friend Steve Scher, who tragically passed away in 2008, and opened Main Street, “a family style” American restaurant located on the Upper West Side. Large portions, friendly service and good vibes defined Main Street’s personality. May of 1995 Kadish and Scher opened Rain, around the corner from Main Street. The Pan-Asian eatery opened to a packed house and spectacular reviews. With a growing operations team in place, the partners set out to create an even grander experience, teaming with the talented chef Rocco DiSpirito in 1997 to open Union Pacific in the Flatiron district. Main Street Restaurant Partners tireless commitment to Union Pacific paid off when, in the summer of 1998, the restaurant earned a three-star review from The New York Times. While basking in the success of Union Pacific, the group opened a second location of Rain on the East Side and Calle Ocho in their original space on the UWS. Calle Ocho is the standard bearer for Nuevo Latino cuisine in NYC continuing into its 17th year in 2015. In the summer of 2002 MSRP opened Django, an 11,000 square foot space designed by the Rockwell Group, with a Mediterranean French fare that shook up the dining scene of Midtown East. In 2005, Main Street Restaurant Partners entered a joint venture relationship with BLT Management and opened BLT Prime in NYC followed by BLT Steak in Washington, DC in 2006. Both restaurants continue to be rated as top steakhouses in their respective cities. In 2014 Kadish teamed with longtime friend David Rabin and his Partner Kyle Hotchkiss Carone to open Cafe Clover in the West Village. Main Street Restaurant Partners in 2014 also took over the day to operations of Chavela’s in the Crown Heights neighborhood in Brooklyn, a Michelin Guide restaurant with a Bib Gourmand designation. Main Street Restaurant Partners has branched out to perform Financial Management Consulting for a number of restaurants that have included San Domenico, Le Cirque, Osteria De Circo, The Lion, Coffee Shop and Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster Harlem and Blue Parrot East Hampton. Jeff Kadish, with his team at Main Street Restaurant Partners, currently direct the operations and financial management of BLT Prime NYC, BLT Steak DC, Calle Ocho, Cafe Clover. New projects recently opened are Clover Grocery a Gourmet Market in the West Village and Bodega 88 a Sports Bar on the UWS with a Latin themed menu. Jeff lives with his wife Francine in Garrison New York. They have two children Daniel, 25 and Elyana, 21. info@blhnyc.com bottom of page

Channel menus come from each provider's own store object for that store; prices are as each channel lists them, in the channel's currency; comparisons are projected from the resolved catalog -- one row per dish, portion-aware identity, prices kept as scoped offers -- and a pair the policy refuses is counted and explained rather than dropped.
