Before joining the 40NORTH family, Daniel was the banquet chef at The Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ and a cook at The Cranford Hotel. Daniel attended the Morris County School of Technology and Johnson and Whales University, where he honed his skills and developed a unique approach to the modern American and Italian menus, wowing guests with his fun and inventive food.

John then went on to Joe’s Crab Shack, as their new store opening manager. He oversaw the successful opening of three new restaurants, including the Clifton NJ location, which set the new store opening weekly sales record for the company. John joined 40North Restaurants in 2012, where he first worked as General Manager, for the Office brand, then Piattino: A Neighborhood Bistro; and for nearly 3 years, he’s been at The Black Horse Pub. After a facelift and successful relaunch in 2014, Michael transferred to The Office Beer Bar & Grill in Summit to lead that team through its own relaunch and renovation into The Office Tavern Grill. His restaurant career began in the 1980's when he joined Bennigan’s as an hourly employee. Michael then enjoyed a ten-year stint at Eccoqui Restaurant in Bernardsville, NJ. From there, he went on to lead the food & beverage and events teams at The Marriot Hotel in Los Angeles, CA for five years. Michael’s vast years of knowledge in the restaurant industry allow him to direct the crafted experience served at The Office Tavern Grill.
